These terms are between you and Entertainmentoctopus, LLC. Entertainment Octopus is a place to list production assets, request bookings, and pay or request an invoice. These terms cover entertainmentoctopus.com and staging.entertainmentoctopus.com.

You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method under your control. You must use an account you are allowed to use.

If you list an asset, you are responsible for the description, photos, price, and availability. You confirm you have the right to offer that asset for the booking.

A booking request is not a confirmed rental until it is accepted and a total is agreed. Dates, rates, and notes shown on a request are part of that agreement.

Card payments and invoices are processed by Stripe. Entertainmentoctopus, LLC stores the payment status and the Stripe reference, not your full card number. A non-production site, including staging, may use Stripe test mode. A test payment is not a real charge.

Do not use the service to break the law, misrepresent an asset or a booking, interfere with the site, or access an account that is not yours.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided as available. Listings and bookings are between the people involved. Entertainmentoctopus, LLC is not the owner of listed assets unless a listing says otherwise.
