This policy describes how Entertainmentoctopus, LLC handles information on entertainmentoctopus.com and staging.entertainmentoctopus.com.

If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address, and profile photo Google shares with the app. If you sign up with email, we store your name, email address, and a hashed password. We also store whether your email is verified and when you last signed in.

We store listings you create, photos and details on those listings, booking requests, messages, and set lists. That information is used to run the marketplace and to show it to the people involved in a listing or booking.

Checkout and invoices are handled by Stripe. We store the payment status and Stripe identifiers for a booking. We do not store your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy covers the payment details you enter on Stripe's pages.

Google sign-in on this site is protected by reCAPTCHA. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.

After you sign in, a session token is stored in your browser so you stay signed in. Signing out removes it.

We use service providers to run the product, including Amazon Web Services for hosting and Stripe for payments. We share booking and account details with the other party to a booking when that is needed to complete it. We do not sell personal information.

We keep account, listing, and booking records while the account is active and as needed to complete bookings, invoices, and support requests.
